Dear Homeowner,

A family member visiting for more the 3 days may use a visitor parking space only with prior approval/authorization from the HOA or management.

Please send us the visitor’s name, dates of stay, vehicle make/model, color, license plate number, and the unit they are visiting. Once reviewed, we can confirm the temporary parking arrangement.

Please do not leave the vehicle in visitor parking for an extended period without written approval, as it may be considered a parking violation.
