⚠️ Homeowner Alert – Gutter Maintenance Reminder
Dear Homeowners, As you can see from the attached photos, even with a relatively light rain, several gutters throughout the community are overflowing and not draining properly. Please remember that gutters are the homeowner’s responsibility. Clogged or damaged gutters can lead to water intrusion, wood rot, siding damage, foundation issues, and costly repairs. We strongly encourage all homeowners to: Inspect gutters and downspouts regularly. Remove leaves and debris. Repair damaged or loose sections. Ensure water flows properly away from the home. Taking care of these issues now can help prevent more serious and expensive damage later. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep our community in good condition. Dear Homeowners, We are pleased to announce that the Lago West Pool is officially open! We hope everyone enjoys the pool and helps keep it clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents and guests. Pool Rules 🏊 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 🗑️ Please clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash properly. 🪑 Return all chairs, tables, and pool furniture to their proper locations after use. 🚫 No running, rough play, or unsafe behavior in the pool area. 🤝 Be respectful of your neighbors and fellow residents. ☀️ Help us maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. ALLIGATOR IN THE CANAL
⚠️ ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS ⚠️ We have been informed that there is an alligator in the canal. Please be careful, especially when walking near the canal with children and pets. Keep a safe distance and do not approach or feed the animal. The Florida Fish and Wildlife office is currently closed for the weekend, but we will contact them on Monday morning. Please stay alert and attentive. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
