Dear Homeowners,

As you can see from the attached photos, even with a relatively light rain, several gutters throughout the community are overflowing and not draining properly.

Please remember that gutters are the homeowner’s responsibility. Clogged or damaged gutters can lead to water intrusion, wood rot, siding damage, foundation issues, and costly repairs.

We strongly encourage all homeowners to:

Inspect gutters and downspouts regularly.
Remove leaves and debris.
Repair damaged or loose sections.
Ensure water flows properly away from the home.

Taking care of these issues now can help prevent more serious and expensive damage later.
