Hello Lago West Homeowners,

We hope you’ve noticed that we have been upgrading the lighting throughout our community by replacing the old bulbs with brighter LED lights to improve visibility and safety.

There are still a few lights that need to be replaced on Commodore Street, and we are currently working on electrical repairs on NW 5th Court and 132nd Terrace.

Our community’s lighting system is very old, and as we replace the fixtures, we are finding wiring issues that were not previously addressed. These repairs take time, but we are working through them one area at a time to ensure they are done properly.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue making improvements throughout Lago West. Please know that we are aware of the remaining locations that need attention, and they are already scheduled for repair.
