We would like to inform you that the Pool House Renovation Project is scheduled to take place on Monday, July 20, 2026. Construction process is set to start on 07/21/2026.
To ensure the safety of all residents and visitors the pool house will be closed for the duration of the renovation project, beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, and will remain closed until the project has been completed.
The swimming pool will remain open for resident and guest use throughout the renovation. However, because the pool house will be inaccessible, restroom facilities and drinking water will not be available during this time. We encourage all residents and visitors to plan accordingly.
We understand that this temporary inconvenience may impact your use of the amenities, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these improvements.
We will continue to provide updates on the project's progress and will notify once the pool house is ready to reopen.
